Much revered in Nepal, the Goddess of Wealth and Harvest is usually depicted in her six-arm form, although she may have one head and two arms. Her upper right hand makes a gesture as if to accompany music or singing (and sometimes displays a rosary), the lower one makes the boon-granting gesture, the middle one holds a ‘raining jewel’. In her left hands she holds the Prajnaparamita sutra, a sheaf of grain, a vase of longevity (or a vase filled with jewels).
